How far in advance should I book?
We require a minimum of 7 days notice. For weekends and public holidays, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead as our characters fill up quickly.
Do you travel outside Nairobi?
Yes — we serve all of Kenya. Transport costs are quoted separately based on your location. We have performed in Mombasa, Nakuru, Naivasha, and Kisumu.
How long can a mascot perform?
Our standard booking is 2 hours of active performance. Full-day bookings include breaks for the performer. We can discuss custom durations for specific events.
Do you handle indoor and outdoor events?
Absolutely. Our mascots and lighting are set up for both indoor and outdoor events. We adjust our lighting rigs and character selections based on your venue type.
What is your payment process?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the balance payable on the day of the event. We accept M-Pesa and bank transfers.
Can I combine mascots, lighting, and the 360 booth?
Yes — and we offer a package discount when you combine two or more services. WhatsApp us for a custom combined package quote.
